ESP provides technical 1on1 and small group training as well as offering unique Elite specialized clinics and Elite Technical Training Camps for dedicated players throughout the year. Based out of Ventura County, CA our club neutral community driven soccer training programs main goal is to provide a training platform for dedicated players to develop, grow and express themselves through the beautiful game of soccer. We believe with hard work and the guidance and support of our Elite staff, that players will be able reach their full potential as young athletes.

At Elite Soccer Performance we feel it is extremely important for coaches to be able to not only demonstrate and teach technique, but have a true passion for soccer and guiding players to reach their full potential as young athletes.
Our international coaching staff have decades of playing and coaching experience at the very highest level allowing our team to give players the tools, education, and support they need to take their game to an ELITE level.
About Klaren Jubilee
Head Coach | Founder
Born and raised in the UK, Head Coach and Founder Klaren Jubilee’s passion for soccer developed at a very young age. In 2008 his dedication to coaching and devotion to the sport earned him his Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Sports Coaching and Science at the award -winning Edge Hill University in the UK. Amidst his University studies Klaren represented the Edge Hill University soccer team and played with Semi Professional club Bradford Park Avenue FC. Being a student athlete Klaren also began to develop his coaching style working as an assistant coach for professional and at the time Premier League club Bradford City AFC at the clubs Center of Excellence Academy. Been surrounded by high level coaches at a young age and competing against other Premier league academies clubs across the UK, Klaren knew that he had found his true calling in the world of sports training and soccer.
After graduation and obtaining his UEFA / FA licenses Klaren journeyed to the United States pursuing his Coaching career. Spanning several states and over 15 years in the U.S. Klaren has coached with a range of high -level soccer organizations including Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and Development Academy (DA). During this time, Klaren has guided teams to ECNL National playoffs, State and National Cup Champions, Far West Regionals Championships and prestigious tournament titles such as Surf Cup. Under Klaren's guidance, several players have been selected for the Olympic Development Regional teams, been called up for the USW Youth National Team ID centers and gained international caps for different countries across the globe.
Coaching for ELITE Soccer Performance allows Klaren to pass on his expertise and experience to some of California’s top youth players to develop and nurture their talents in a 1 on 1 setting. Taking a holistic approach to coaching Klaren encourage each player to reach beyond their personal goals. This integrative style of coaching benefits long term player development while keeping the game fun, enjoyable and a lifetime sport!
